VINTAGE NOTES
Chardonnay grapes from Elgin planted in Bokkeveld shale using Guyot trellising. Fermented spontaneously and underwent 100% MLF with regular batonage for the first month. 1000L aged in new 1000L foudre and the rest was a third fill foudre. On gross lees until racked for bottling.
